None. Our coaching is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Every session is coached, not just supervised, so technique is built from day one.
Yes. We offer a trial week that gives you access to small group classes and a one-on-one coaching session so you can experience the studio and coaching style before choosing a membership.
The Collective covers unlimited group classes and studio access. The Elite adds two weekly private sessions with personalised programming. The Sovereign is our full-service tier with three private sessions, priority booking and premium inclusions.
No. All memberships run month-to-month with 14 days notice for cancellation. We'd rather earn your commitment every month than trap you in a long contract.
Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Class times vary across morning, midday and evening slots.
