Two clear ways to train.

Choose personal coaching, small group classes, or a combination of both. Each pathway is built around structured progress, close supervision and long-term strength.

Personal Training

One-to-one coaching for members who want tailored programming, closer accountability and a training plan built around their body, goals and schedule.

  • Tailored programming
  • Technique correction and progression
  • Built for long-term strength and capacity

Small Group Classes

Closely coached strength and conditioning in groups capped at six, giving every member room to be seen, corrected and progressed properly.

  • Maximum six per class
  • Structured programming across the week
  • Technique-led coaching, not crowd management

Qualified coaches. Proper oversight.

Our coaching team combines sports science, clinical knowledge and practical strength coaching. Every session is built to be supervised, structured and useful.
